My name is Steven Ogden, and at 34 years old, I’m proud to be taking the next step in my passion for health, fitness, and our local community by opening Chalk and Iron Nutrition.

Health and fitness have always been an important part of my life. Over the years, I’ve developed a genuine passion for helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident in themselves. I wanted to bring that passion into a business that could serve the people and families right here in our community.

I created Chalk and Iron Nutrition because I believe everyone should have access to quality nutrition products, knowledgeable guidance, and variety without having to pay big-box prices or drive an hour out of town to find what they need.

But this business is about more than supplements. It’s about people and community.

I strongly believe in supporting local businesses, shopping locally, and building a community where small businesses can grow together. When you choose to shop local, you’re not just making a purchase—you’re helping support a local family, a local dream, and the future of our community.

My goal with Chalk and Iron Nutrition is to create a place where everyone feels welcome, whether you’re a seasoned athlete, someone just beginning their fitness journey, or simply looking for ways to improve your everyday health and nutrition.

I want to offer quality products, affordable prices, variety, and honest information—without the pressure or confusion that can sometimes come with the world of nutrition and supplements.

This store is something I’m incredibly proud to build, and I’m even more excited to build it with our community.
